The following comment was submitted via the Sirius XM Radio Inc. website by Paul Gourley [pgourley@comcast.net].

I have been in the pre-owned industry for over 20 years. I have been a Sirius investor for 5 or 6 years. The certified pre-owned market is good, but there are many pre-owned cars sold that are not certified. You could provide a voucher system with a 3 month trial. Pre-owned departments and dealers could give these to customers purchasing units that have satrad. You could spiff these dealers when the customer commits to a sub. The selling dealer could have a code that is needed for activation. Cheapest subsidy that SiriusXM will pay. Let the people in the field do the leg work. Cheap marketing and no hardware cost.

		<description>Sirius needs it to take it one step further and offer to all used car dealerships and used car departments a voucher system that the staff can give to buyers of pre-owned vehicles with satrad in them.  This would drive subs on non-certified cars which is an even bigger market.  Take it from a car guy.</description>
