No longer will writers lke Rick Aristottle Munariz be able to hide from the 1st amendment protection. This week a judge rules against Moodey & the S & P ratings as they are liable to be sued for their false and misleading statements. This case is exactly like the Rick Aristottle Munarriz case that will be filed against him. The evidence is his only writings and especially his constant false and mis-leading headlines. Justice will be served in the near future.
